Tim Oliver has been in the mortgage banking industry for the past seven years.  While working with real estate agents, homeowners, appraisers, and various lenders, Tim's personal goal has been to develop relationships necessary for a "hassle-free" loan process.  He strives for simplicity throughout the loan process and is committed to timeliness, thoroughness, and foremost client satisfaction.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Tim has a strong work ethic coupled with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.  A graduate from Michigan State University, Tim received his Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration in 1990.  He began his mortgage career with one of the nation's largest independently-owned mortgage banker/broker firms.  After funding numerous loans, Tim has become well-versed in refinances, purchase transactions, lines of credit, and fixed rate second mortgages.
